The Saints Nicholas, Constantine and Helen Society has supported this
nationwide effort for many years by distributing funds raised through bake
sales, donations, and much more. The funds raised throughout the year benefit
national, and local charities throughout our community.
The members of Philoptochos are dedicated parishoners who offer countless
hours to the philanthropic, humanitarian, and Christian mission of the Church.
In addition to these philanthropic endeavors, the Philoptochos chapters work
to preserve the sacredness of the Orthodox family through family concern,
service, unity of action; to perpetuate the Christian concept of marriage
and upbringing of children and through it perpetuate promote the Greek Orthodox
Faith and traditions in conformity with its doctrines, canons, discipline,
divine worship, and customs.
All parishioners are invited to become members and provide assistance to
all those in need. |

My dear friends and parishioners of Ss Nicholas, Constantine and Helen,
By the grace of God, our vision for a new Church has become a reality. We
received the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Evangelos and have merged
our two churches to begin our united path forward.
We are embarking on one of the most exciting times in the history. All
parishioners are called upon to contribute to the success of our project.
This is a unique opportunity for our families to be directly involved in
building our new church for this generation and for the generations to come.
Many opportunities to volunteer and to participate in moving our vision forward
will be set before you. We will work with dedication and harmony, and guided
by the Holy Spirit we will build a magnificent house for the Lord. Let the
fruits of our labors make us both humble and proud.
With Love in Christ,
Fr. Peter Souritzidis |
